1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Kot7ERP cloud platform and its associated database portals, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Syntrix Solutions.

2. Account Registration

To access the double-entry ledger, inventory stocks catalog, and support ticket management dashboard, you must register a valid organization workspace account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login codes and workspace invitations keys.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to post fraudulent double-entry ledger transactions, upload corrupt joinery templates, or perform vulnerability scanning against database instances.

4. Limitation of Liability

Syntrix Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or statutory damages resulting from ledger discrepancies, variance logs discrepancies, or timesheet calculation offsets.
